Islamabad: Pak-China Economic Corridor Council was launched today.

The composition of members of the council is unknown but citizens of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) have raised concern on social media about the published invitation cards for the launching ceremony, that did not indicate GB as co-hosts of the council. Most GB citizens indicated desire for a fair-share in the new council as GB would be the door to the economic corridor in Pakistan.
