Gojal Edcuational and Cultural Association is a non profit and welfare organization working to play its role in educational guidance, assistance and cultural promotion of upper Hunza Gojal. High achiever Awards and Cultural Festival 2016 was organized by GECA at Lok Virsa Islamabad. More than 30 High Achievers were awarded with token of appreciations and cultural performances were beautifully and traditionally presented. The guest of honors were Governor Gilgit Baltistan Mir Ghuzanfar Ali Khan and the presiding Guest was General Ret. Professor Dr. Salman Ali. International guests were part of the event and one of the Chinese delegation performed his skills with attractive flute performance. More than 2000 audience were entertained in the event and the high achievers were appreciated for making a difference in different fields. Different performances in Wakhi and Brushaski Languages showered a beautiful color to the event.
