Today The Hunza Students Federation Supreme Council call upon meeting in Gilgit with HSF Cabinet
Main Agenda was
1. To review HSF Activities
2. Budgeting
3. Communication among Members and external stakeholders
Decision were made
Supreme council HSF will raise budgets for HSF cabinet to implement activities, Monthly financial support will provided by HSF founding members and ex-presidents through designated coordinator from supreme council, The coordinator will change yearly with cabinet, main responsibility of him to co-ordinate cabinet and supreme council.
Secondly all the programs will be design by HSF Cabinet but will review by supreme council members before implementation.
Thirdly Gojal Youth forum as a daughter organization of HSF will design programs but will discuss with HSF supreme council for implementation.
Fourthly Unity among all sects and lingual segments of Hunza has been debated, decision were taken to collaboration of all sects and lingual diversity. The three sects representatives agree to work closely and all agree that there isn’t an issue of language differences, all are equally participating.
Fifthly Members registration, website work, publications and linkages were negotiated.
Finally university issues have been discussed and decisions made, the communication strategy has developed with external stakeholders and within members.
