ISLAMABAD: Sweet Home in Skardu to be operational shortly: Barjees.

Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Muhammad Barjees Tahir has said that the government will provide all out support to promote sports culture in the country. According to a Radio Pakistan report,  he stated this in an inaugurating ceremony of sports carnival of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal here on Friday, sports activities are imperative for the physical and mental development of the students, the minister said. He said that Pakistan Sweet Home project will be made operational at Skardu within 15 days. The minister said at present 3,300 children are residing in 30 sweet homes all over the country.(APP)
