The King Khan of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan who is set to act with the beautiful Pakistani actress Mahira Khan in an upcoming Bollywood movie Raees, has said that he was impressed by her acting in drama serial Humsafar and have to put extra efforts to perform as good as Mahira Khan. Shooting for the Mahira Khan debutante Bollywood movie Raees with Shahrukh Khan will start in March this year.

After huge success of Pakistani drama serial Humsafar in India, its leading actress Mahira Khan bagged her first Bollywood offer from producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. She will star with the King Khan of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan in an upcmoing movie Raees. Mahira will play Shahrukh Khan’s wife role in Raees.
Shahrukh Khan, who recently met Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, said that, ‘She suited for the film a lot. I have seen a small part of her television work. I have met her and she is marvelous actress.’
Along with Mahira and Shahrukh Khan, another Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui will also star in Raees. “Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are there in the film. Both of them are very accomplished actors. I think the cast is really wonderful,’ said SRK in an interview. He further added, ‘Now, I would have to excel and perform like Mahira Khan.’
