BUY a house on the Penang mainland and walk away with two VIP concert tickets and chance to win a Proton Exora MPV in a lucky draw.

This offer is for those who purchase a unit at Hunza Properties Berhad’s Casa Innova Phase 3 at Bandar Putra Bertam in Kepala Batas, Penang.

Hunza Group executive director Khor Tze Ming said the lucky draw and the offer of concert tickets were part of their Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E) campaign.

“We are delighted to announce that we sold more than 60% of the units in the first two phases of the project,’ said Khor after launching the campaign at Gurney Paragon.

“We sold 184 units in Phase 1 and 172 units in Phase 2 and are encouraged by our remarkable success.

“We want to thank and reward our buyers,” she said.

Also present at the launch were Hunza Properties Berhad executive director Lily Tan and Proton Edar Sdn Bhd Penang business head unit Lim Bok Wah.

She said the campaign, which ends on July 31, required buyers to purchase units costing RM300,000 onwards in order to get the VIP tickets and a chance to take part in the lucky draw.

The concert will feature a lineup of star-studded celebrities including Harith Iskander, Dayang Nurfaizah and Akin & The Majistret.

It will be held on July 16 from 7pm to 10pm at the Mekarsari Show Village in Kepala Batas and the public can attain the entry tickets for free.
