CHITRAL:The body of the 10 class student buried under the avalanche in the Sonoghur village was retrieved on Friday.

The teenage boy was grazing goats in the vicinity of Tauv Zom when the snow avalanche slipped and buried him on Thursday afternoon.
Despite appeals by the residents, the district administration failed to provide an excavator to remove the snow and retrieve the body. After the hectic efforts of the villagers, the body was recovered at last and buried in the village graveyard.
