Death toll of the armed clash between the tribes of Thore Valley and Harban has risen to six (06). More than a dozen people are reportedly injured as a result of the fight that erupted the day before yesterday over a disputed piece of land claimed by residents of Thore Valley (Diamer) and Haraban (Kohistan). The conflict is part of the on-going border disputed between Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

The disputed piece of land is located in the area where the Diamer-Bhasha Dam is being constructed.
